Grape and Pine Nut Dessert Focaccia

How to Make It

Step 1

Shape 1 pound plain or whole-wheat pizza dough (thawed according to package directions) into 2 ovals; place on an oiled baking sheet.

Step 2

Dividing evenly, sprinkle the rounds with 2 cups seedless red grapes and 2 tablespoons pine nuts (press in gently); drizzle with 2 tablespoons honey and 4 teaspoons turbinado sugar.

Step 3

Bake at 425° F until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
