Ham and Cheese Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked ham (cut in strips)
- 1⁄3 cup colorful bell peppers (cut in strips)
- 1⁄3 cup green onion (chopped)
- 1 cup of cheddar or your favorite cheese (shredded)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 1⁄3cups half-and-half
- 3 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 (9 inch) pie crusts
Directions
- Mix ham, bell pepper, green onion, cheese and flour; toss all ingredients lightly.
- Mix half-and-half gently into eggs.
- Still gently; fold ham mixture into egg mixture.
- Pour this mixture into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees, and then lower heat to 325 degrees and bake 20 minutes more or till done.
