Lemon Shrimp & Asparagus
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 1⁄2 cups sliced asparagus
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 1⁄2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
- heat oil in saute pan, add asparagus, garlic, and spices, cook for 5 minutes add shrimp, cook until shrimp turns pink.
- stir in wine and lemon juice and bring to a boil, remove from heat and serve.
