Wednesday Wine Tastings

5pm – 7pm | 21+ only

Join us in tasting through some wonderful wines from California! There will be wine, hour devours, and fun conversation. Featuring the following wines:

-Trim Chardonnay, a California appellation is a wonderful unoaked, bright with hints of pear and melon, wine with great acidity. Perfect with your Easter ham this season.

-Husch Sauvignon Blanc, is from Mendocino, crisp refreshing lemon, pineapple and gooseberry flavors. Perfect starter with salads or light cheeses.

-Folktale Pinot Noir, is from Santa Lucia Highlands and is a “while cluster” Pinot, which means they ferment the berries whole without crushing them first. So, with you get brighter fruit with boysenberry, raspberry, lavender, hint of spice and a bit of hibiscus tea. Perfect with lamb, brisket and roast beef.

-Mac & Billy “M” Cabernet Sauvignon, from Paso Robles. Paso Robles has some great wines for the price and the quality is proven time and time again. Chocolate, blackberry ganache, black licorice and a sleek supple firm but polished tannins. Beef “it’s what’s for dinner” is the perfect match!
